HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Simply add goods to your shopping basket and continue to checkout where you will be asked to enter your credit card details through a 3d secured system `payu`.  Once you have placed your order, an email will be sent to you confirming the details of your order.   

CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?

If you want to cancel/ change or return your order please send an e-mail to banu@der-liebling.com .The dispatch process can be very quick and once the order has been dispatched, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. However, you can return your order within 5 days after receiving. The product should be in its original packaging, complete and the return shipment has to be made at your own cost. It is recommended to use a registered delivery service, der-liebling is not responsible for any lost packages during the return process. A refund will be made when goods are received in good condition and complete. It can take some time before the refunded amount appears on your credit card. An exchange of products can be made as well under above listed conditions. No refund will be made for products that are returned incomplete, damaged, used or notified more than 5 days later.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

der-liebling products are delivered worldwide. Yurtiçi Kargo and Aras Kargo has been nominated for domestic shipments and are delivered within 2-3 business days.

All other international shipments are being handled by our partner DHL and usually takes 4-7 business days for delivery.

For each mode of shipment a tracking number will be sent to you. 

SHIPMENTS

The shipment costs within Turkey are free of charge.

International orders are processed and shipped via DHL. They provide customs clearance and door-to-door delivery service within 4-7 business days for $75. Additional fees may apply for orders over $5000 and delivery to select countries.

Complimentary tote bags and select promotions are not available for international orders due to customs and international shipping regulations.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING POINTS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR INTERNATIONAL ORDER: 

  1. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price. 
  2. Your order will be cleared through customs by our partner DHL. If there are any issues encountered by your local customs agent, DHL will contact you directly.
  3. All orders shipped internationally are final sale.
  4. Gift wrapping is not available for international orders due to customs regulations. It is very likely that the parcel would be opened by customs, thus negating any gift wrapping services provided. This will allow your order to be delivered as quickly, safely and efficiently as possible.

WHEN CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

In-stock items will take 2-3 days from the time of order. Some items are custom made and require a longer wait time - please check the item’s page or e-mail us at banu@der-liebling.com

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

der-liebling checkout system operates with international companies such as master card, visa, amex, troy & bkm express.

if you wish to make a bank transfer, please send an e-mail to banu@der-liebling.com with the list of your ordered items. There will be an additional 30 usd / 25 euro bank charge.

GIFT CARDS:

The Gift Card is not refundable or redeemable for cash or credit.

The Gift Card may be used to make purchases only up to the available balance on the Gift Card. The available balance of the Gift Card is reduced by the amount of each purchase of goods or services and by other deductions.

If you want to use the Gift Card to make a purchase that exceeds the available balance on the Gift Card, you must combine the use of the Gift Card with additional payment from another funding source. You agree that we are not responsible if you do not have enough funds on your Gift Card to facilitate a transaction.

REPAIR POLICY:

We offer a one year limited warranty for all our pieces. For any issues within that time frame, please send us a mail at banu@der-liebling.com . Please include Contact Info, Order # or Full Name of Purchaser with Date of Purchase and you will receive a repair quote or solution from us within 3-5 business days.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repair requests.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

 

• do not wear when exercising or performing sports activities

• remove when swimming or showering

• do not spray perfumes directly on to jewellery as this may cause damage or discolouring

• to clean wipe with a soft cloth

• do not use cleaning liquids

• keep away from direct sunlight and heat

• keep in a cool dry place

• store in a cloth pocket for extra protection from scratching

• keep away from water, hand/body creams, hot surfaces, adhesives, acetones and other chemicals.
